The Trainers genuinely care about you improving, they are hands on – not just counting reps/time, more focus on technique rather than just lifting heavier for the sake of it, every exercise carefully explained, its fun but hard working. I’ve had huge increases in my strength across the board (25kg paused split squat) I’m learning so much re:exercising correctly, feeling the muscle been worked, activating my core…. the list goes on!
