After spending more than 3 years being either pregnant or breastfeeding (and still breastfeeding) I contacted Larry because I wanted to get back into training and do something for myself again. I was slightly dreading getting back into tracking food etc..but Larry made it very easy, having two small kids himself he understands that spare time is limited and every day is never going to be perfect. He gave me two 30 minute workouts per week (which I didn’t always get to do) and calories which I thought were quiet high, to my delight I lost weight every week (7.5kg in 12 weeks).
