Learning new exercises, even as a PT there’s always so much to learn and correct form is something I’ve really focused on. I feel my workouts have benefited and have definitely gained strength. The conditioning was new for me and made me realise its something I should be working on to keep my fitness levels up and that heart of mine happy and healthy. With the food I was always team veggies so I love how you and Kate both promote that so much.
