The uncertainty of the current pandemic situation can create anxiety and worry – so here’s a quick 3 min exercise to offload some of the things that may be on your mind.

Things we worry about generally fall into two categories

?. Things we ??? control
We can waste energy and increase our anxiety worrying about the things that fall into No 1. Or instead we can invest that energy into changing and controlling things that fall into No. 2
So get your pen out, make a cup of tea, find a quite place and draw a few circles. Stick this on your fridge, keep it on your desk beside your computer or your bathroom mirror where you can see it daily.

Once you write down something in the “No Control Over” list, leave your anxiety, worry and emotion about that item on the paper.
