So nearing the end of my cut phase while on the Affiliate and to say I’m happy with my results is an understatement. With just little over a kg to go before I start a lean gain phase and a huge 20kg off I would just like to say a huge thank you to Kate and larry for all their support during these last 8 months! Never leading me astray and keeping things simple.
No magic wonds just consistency and adherence. ? Can’t wait to see what this time next year will look like and maybe a little goal for 2021 to tick of the bucket list ? Thanks a mill guys.. foundation laid let’s get building!!
