Coaching is delivered remotely with weekly checkins via our Coaching App. Sperm testing and analysis is done in person in Gorey County Wexford.

In partnership with Dr. Deirdre Corcoran of First Options Fertility, Male 360 offers comprehensive fertility support including professional semen analysis and expert medical guidance. This unique collaboration ensures you receive both health coaching and fertility expertise throughout your journey.
Many factors impact and influence sperm quality. With the Male 360 programme individuals are assessed at their current status and improvements in diet, sleep, exercise, stress, body fat composition are tailored to the individual with the goal of improving sperm quality. Male 360 takes the guess work out of identifying risk factors and helps minimise those over a 6-month period with the goal of improving sperm quality.
Online Coaching is delivered via our LD Coaching App with weekly comprehensive checkins and feedback with your Coach.
After completing a comprehension health and lifestyle intake form and a separate sperm analysis your coach will set up an exercise, lifestyle and diet regime suited to your goals.
Progress will be tracked and monitored on the App and reviewed by your coach as part of your weekly checkin.

A semen test will be carried out twice.
A semen test and analysis is conducted by Dr Deirdre Corcoran at First Options Fertility in Gorey at the first month of your coaching and repeated again after 6 months. If you already have a test from another clinic this will be analysed and may be repeated if all relevant data points are not available.
