I’m no longer scared to eat, I now eat to fuel my sessions. I’ve found food freedom and stopped obsessively counting macros. I have so much more structure in my gym sessions and no longer spend time killing myself, I get in and get it done. I now know how to balance a night out and not ruin my progress, I’m so much happier in myself and feel like a normal 22 year old. This would not have been possible without you guys and I am so thankful. Keep doing what you’re doing!!?
