I have been working with Larry the past 15 weeks and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results so far – I was going through a stressful time in my life and felt I needed a bit of help with my nutrition and training – my goal was to drop some body fat and get leaner, which I did but also along the way Larry helped me work on my mindset, my sleep, my daily habits and basically my outlook on life, along with my fitness and eating habits.
