I had been following Larry on Social Media for a while & loved reading his content. It was factual & straight to the point, hitting some home truths! In November 2017, I contacted Larry to enquire about online coaching but at the time, he had no spaces available, which I think speaks for itself. A spot on his programme became available early 2018 & I began 1:1 online coaching with him from January. Larry has years of experience in the fitness industry & is a wealth of knowledge so I was excited to get started. Over the last 6 months, I have learnt so much from Larry & he guided me through prep for a holiday, where I hit the beach feeling & looking good but most importantly, I felt confident in my own skin. Programmes are set, check ins done, responses are quick & adjustments made where necessary. He is fantastic & I feel lucky & privileged to be working with him as a coach. I am really looking forward to working with him in the future & seeing what can be achieved!
