I had originally been with Larry for 1:1 coaching last year and I learned so much, so much that I felt like I didn’t need the 1:1 as much, I wasn’t ready to go it alone though as I felt I needed a bit of structure to keep me going and to keep me accountable, the Facebook group is brilliant and it was great to learn tips and new recipes from other people on the same path – also love the weekly Q&A – the workouts are tough and definitely some things I wouldn’t make myself do but I love that. Larry and Kate are so warm, welcoming and helpful- never make you feel like you are asking too much, Larry gives you the tools and makes it easy to feel like your exercise and dieting is a lifestyle, rather than just giving you a meal plan and sending you away confused as to why you might be eating something or doing something!
