Dominic Munnelly is a coach, personal trainer and expert in the all aspects of health and fitness. He has worked in the industry for over 20 years and his background is Sports Science holding a degree from the University of Sunderland as well as other qualifications and certifications. He has worked with hundreds of clients on their health and fitness journey advising them on training, getting fitter, eating better, improving their mobility and in the process has helped people lose weight, get fit and lead a happier and healthier life. He is considered a leading authority on fitness and has appeared on television and spoken on radio many times and regularly gives seminars and talks on the essential aspects of health and fitness.
He is passionate about the fundamentals of mobility as the foundation of fitness and he works with many clients who have had previous injury or surgery and is considered an expert in this field.
